4x Deadlift in left hand 8kg

4x Deadlift on right hand 8kg

10x Bicep curls

Set 2:

8x Step back lunges

10x Halo with 4kg

8x squat

10x Bicep curls

Set 3:

same as set 1

Set 4:

same as set 2.
